SERVICES

The Association is responsible for the management of all common property, as well as, additional private unit maintenance deemed appropriate by the membership.

Snow Managment

The Association is, currently, responsible for the removal of snow from al l finished surfaces within the right-of-way of Somerset Drive and private unit frontages, including driveways and sidewalks.

Landscaping

The Association is responsible for the maintenance and replacement of all common area plantings and mulch applications. Current services also include:

One-time Spring pruning and clean-up of builder installed plantings on the front and side of private units.
One-time Spring mulch application to builder installed beds on the front and side of private units.

Members are responsible for the replacement of builder installed plantings on private unit lots, as well as, the maintenance of any Member installed gardens or plants in the rear of the private units.

Trash and Recycling

Township services are responsible for community collection.

Household trash is collected every Friday.
Recycling is collected every other Tuesday.
Yard waste is collected every Monday, in season.

Lawn Maintenance

The Association is, currently, responsible for lawn mowing and fertilization services to all turf/grass surfaces in the community.

Lawn mowing occurs weekly, in season.
Fertilization treatments occur according to service provider's recommended schedule.
